Profile Approval

All profiles are subject to approval by our administrative team. We reserve the right to reject or remove any profile that does not meet our standards or violates these Terms.

No Guarantee of Opportunities

The Service facilitates connections between former officials and organizations. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, employment, consulting engagements, or other opportunities as a result of using the Service.

Independent Relationships

Any agreements, contracts, or relationships formed through the Service are solely between the parties involved. Former Officials Directory is not a party to such agreements and bears no responsibility for their execution or outcomes.

7. Fees and Payments

Access to the Former Officials Directory is currently free. We reserve the right to introduce fees for certain features or services in the future. If we do so, we will provide advance notice and obtain your consent before charging any fees.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

User Verification

While we strive to verify the credentials of former officials in our directory, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of all information. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

10. Indemnification
